Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by MindBloom Learning. 


1. Nature of Services

MindBloom Learning provides:

  • non-clinical
  • capacity building supports

focused on:

  • developing functional skills
  • supporting learning engagement
  • building independence in everyday environments

We do not provide therapy, clinical intervention, or diagnostic services.


2. Participants and Guardians

As services are delivered to children and adolescents:

  • a parent or legal guardian must consent to services
  • a parent or guardian is responsible for communication and decision-making
  • relevant information must be provided to support appropriate service delivery


3. Service Delivery

Supports are delivered:

  • in structured sessions
  • using a goal-focused, step-by-step approach
  • in environments appropriate to the participant (e.g. home, community, online)

Services may include:

  • direct support time
  • preparation and planning
  • documentation and reporting


4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants and their guardians agree to:

  • provide accurate and relevant information
  • support consistent attendance and engagement
  • ensure a safe and suitable environment for sessions
  • communicate any changes to availability


5. Fees and Payment

  • Fees align with NDIS pricing arrangements (where applicable)
  • Services are invoiced based on supports delivered
  • Payment terms are agreed prior to service commencement
  • It is the responsibility of the participant or guardian to ensure sufficient funding is available


6. Cancellations

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

Late cancellations or non-attendance may be charged in accordance with NDIS guidelines.


7. Changes to Services

Services may be adjusted based on:

  • participant needs and progress
  • engagement levels
  • safety considerations
  • available funding


8. Outcomes and Progress

Supports are designed to build functional skills and independence.

However:

  • outcomes depend on participant engagement and consistency
  • progress may vary between individuals


9. Safety and Conduct

MindBloom Learning reserves the right to:

  • suspend or cease services where safety concerns arise
  • discontinue services if supports are no longer appropriate


10. Confidentiality

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


11. Complaints and Feedback

We encourage open communication.

If concerns arise:

  1. Contact us directly
  2. We will aim to resolve the issue promptly
  3. If unresolved, matters may be escalated to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission


12. Agreement

By engaging services, participants and their guardians acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
