We collect personal information necessary to deliver supports to children and adolescents, including:

  • participant name, date of birth, and contact details
  • parent or guardian contact information
  • NDIS number and plan details (if applicable)
  • relevant background information to support service delivery
  • session notes, observations, and progress information
  • contact details of support coordinators, schools, or other providers (where      relevant)


2. How We Collect Information

Information is collected through:

  • communication with parents, guardians, and participants
  • referrals from support coordinators or other providers
  • intake forms and service agreements
  • ongoing service delivery and session documentation


3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • deliver structured, non-clinical capacity building supports
  • support learning engagement, functional skill development, and independence
  • plan and adapt supports based on participant needs
  • communicate with parents, guardians, and relevant stakeholders
  • prepare non-clinical progress reports (where required)
  • manage bookings, invoicing, and service agreements


4. Disclosure of Information

We may share information where appropriate with:

  • parents or legal guardians
  • support coordinators
  • plan managers
  • schools or other providers involved in the participant’s supports

Information is only shared with consent or where required by law.


5. Storage and Security

We take reasonable steps to ensure personal information is secure and protected from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access.

Information may be stored in:

  • password-protected systems
  • secure cloud-based platforms
  • restricted-access digital records


6. Access and Correction

Parents or guardians may request access to their child’s personal information and request corrections if required.

7. Confidentiality

All information is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering supports and meeting service obligations.


8. Children and Young People

As our services are designed for children and adolescents, we prioritise:

  • safeguarding personal information
  • involving parents or guardians in communication
  • ensuring information is handled appropriately for the participant’s age
